Job Description: As an RPSG Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in our Maintenance Team/Division, ensuring a reliable and quality property maintenance service for our clients. Working closely with our Supervisor and Management team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of residential and commercial properties.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimise disruptions and ensure client/tenant satisfaction.
- Installing, repairing, and replacing fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, and other components as needed.
- Conducting seasonal maintenance tasks such as gutter cleaning, lawn care, and snow removal.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory levels.
- Collaborating with property managers, tenants, and contractors to address maintenance issues and coordinate repairs.
- Adhering strictly to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in an industrial environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
