About the role:
The Track Maintenance team is currently seeking a Technician to join them on a 14 Days on, 14 Day off Roster based at Port Hedland. Reporting to the Supervisor Track Delivery you will be responsible for providing technical support across the Roy Hill Rail Network in a safe and effective manner.
Duties:
- Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance using appropriate tooling and equipment
- Monitor asset performance against required level of reliability and availability
- Apply risk management processes and safe system of work to all aspects of your duties
- Maintain compliance of procedures, standards, regulations and Roy Hill processes
Skills and Experience:
- Experience as a Track Maintainer in an operation Rail environment
- Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure
- Hi Rail Excavator Experience preferred
- Minimum C Class Manual Driving License
- Ability to communicate and liaise with train control and key stakeholders
