Maintenance Technician - Mechanical

About the Role:
Our client, a newly constructed automated distribution facility in Kemps Creek, is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join their team. As a key player in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of automated equipment, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of their state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on automated equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with the operations team to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Trade qualification as an Electrician or Fitter.
• Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment or with automated equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster of day and afternoon shifts (4 on 2 off).
