What are we looking for?
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Service Cart Operator to join our winning team. The positions would be permanent full time, working a lifestyle roster. We offer an attractive remuneration package including performance-based bonuses. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Promoting and maintaining a high level of positive safety performance & workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the Mangoola Coal values.
- Successful completion of all operational targets utilising your skills efficiently in a team-based environment.
- Promoting positive relationships with our stakeholders & community; and
- Taking all reasonable steps to minimise impact on the environment.
About you:
- A high level of hazard awareness and commitment to a safe work environment.
- Experience operating a CAT775 Service Cart or similar heavy mobile equipment.
- A flexible and cooperative approach to work.
- Highly motivated and performance driven with a focus on safety and quality.
- A willingness and courage to accept responsibility.
