AddressOur client is a multinational Electronics Manufacturing organisation based in Melbournes Eastern Suburbs, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their close knit high performing finance team on a permanent ongoing basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure all payables are processed accurately and on time
- Process invoices for goods and services received, using the correct cost centre
- Ensure that all credit notes are reviewed, matched to short payments and / or processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure that all aged items are addressed and followed through to resolution
- Systems improvements
- Ensure AP month-end GL accounts are reconciled and all reconciliation items are supported by appropriate comments
- Schedule and process vendor payments
What we are looking for:
- 3 + years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities effectively
- Can do attitude and exceptional communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
