ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be Estimating and Supervising for Major Loss insurance repair projects in the Sydney region, as part of an experienced metro team.
You will have complete flexibility to work on the road as required, as well as having ample support from our local office team.
This position is autonomous and self managed, but at the same time offers a collaborative and supportive team environment.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
The starting salary is $105,000 - $130,000 + superannuation + dual cab ute. This company offers performance based salary reviews and are motivated to keep their team long-term.
ABOUT YOU
- At least 2 years experience estimating and supervising for large scale, high value (Major Loss) insurance repair projects.
- Computer confident - able to use a tablet, laptop, Microsoft Projects and able to pick up new systems quickly.
- Trade Certificate, Cert IV Building & Construction or higher qualification highly advantageous.
- Empathetic and clear communicator - ability to deal well with customers and trades.
- Reliable, honest, well-presented and professional - ability to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Current Australian drivers license.
- Willingness to commit to the role long-term.
