SalaryWe're looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent work ethic and Insurance BuildingSupervisor Estimator experience to join a growing regional South Coast team.
We are open to applicants anywhere between Nowra and Bega.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be attending to damaged insured properties in the South South Coast region, estimating and supervising repairs.
As part of the role you will be interacting with trades on a daily basis and also homeowners during a period of stress, so an ability to listen, empathise and work well with people is a must.
The starting salary is $90,000 - $120,000 + superannuation + fully maintained vehicle (dependant on industry experience and building knowledge).

ABOUT YOU
- Supervising and estimating experience within insurance repairs
- Trade background preferred (carpentry)
- Capacity to manage volume projects within insurance
- Accurate report writing and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including clear communication and empathy, when dealing with homeowners and trades
- Computer competent
- Current Drivers License
- Looking for a long-term position
- Unrestricted working rights within Australia
