About the role:
The opportunity has become available to join our team of enthusiastic specialists in Australia's number one marine recreation dealership. With decades of experience in all things marine the service department at JSW Powersports is looking for a new motivated technician to work with some of the best in the industry. The role will be specifically for Malibu and Axis wakeboard boats. The role will consist of Pre Delivery work, Servicing, Water Testing and Occasionally working on outboard engines.
The role will enable you to become a Certified Malibu & Axis Technician after completing Malibu Factory Run Service schools.
Occasional weekend work at Malibu & Axis Ride / Demo Days to assist Sales Manager

Skills and experience
The successful candidate will bring the following attributes to the role-
- A passion for marine activity or powersports recreation.
- Automotive Mechanics can transition into this role.
- Experience with Malibu Inboard powerplants would be a distinct advantage. Yamaha &/or Evinrude outboard experience as a bonus.
- A trade qualification with applicable experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of an enthusiastic, fast paced team.
- QLD Drivers license, and boat license.
- The desire to create a career, not just a "job".
