The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Managed Services Consultant includes:
- Consult with clients and deliver analysis of Evotix’s impact on their goals or initiatives;
- Take ownership of client requests, working within Implementation and Managed Services team to deliver solutions that meet or exceed client expectations;
- Creatively and consistently communicating the value of our products and services to client base;
- Proactively identify at-risk clients to the Customer Success team;
- Proactively communicate with Customer Development Representatives to identify up-sell opportunities within current client base;
- Work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team fostering teamwork and communication throughout the project lifecycle;
- Operate within the helpdesk team to quickly and accurately determine the likely cause of configuration or software issues, and provide a suitable solution to the identified issues;
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to a range of business users;
- Configure solutions using Evotix software to suit client specific business process needs;
- Undertake unit testing of all configuration and technical work completed;
- Participate on system testing within Quality Assurance team as instructed by Management;
- Provide product training to customers when required on EHS&S software suite.
- Proven experience in a customer implementation role strongly preferred, especially leading the implementation of software solutions including requirement gathering, training, and migration.
- A strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and an ability to interpret client needs;
- Proven experience of communicating technical concepts clearly and effectively to a range of business users is critical to success;
- Extensive experience in delivery of software solutions to blue-chip clients;
- Degree qualified (preferred), with a preference for a background in IT, project management or business management;
- Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders, both verbally and written;
- Ability to negotiate with clients effectively;
- High level interpersonal, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrated ability to listen carefully to truly understand client needs and concerns.

- Collaborative – maintains strong internal relationships and acts as a critical linkage between stakeholders and technical teams;
- Strong communicator and influencer – both written and verbal;
- Detail-oriented – maintains insight into technical features and capabilities of the product;
