Join us in making a difference!The RoleThe purpose and objective of this position is to deliver high-quality enrolment and student support and training services to Amana Living Training Institute's external clients under the guidance of the Head of Amana Living Training Institute.Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Student Services team
• Recruit, retain, motivate, coach and mentor high-performing team of staff to build expertise, capability and collaboration
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership by ensuring every interaction is a positive experience for staff and clients
• Resolve all student/staff complaints in line with the complaint resolution process
• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring every interaction is a positive experience for the student/client
• Empower the team to provide exceptional Student Services to institute students
• Ensure the team respond to all student enquiries within 48 hours
• Ensure all client and student communication is recorded on JobReady as per company procedures
• Ensuring the team is meeting the monthly and annual enrolment and completion targets as per the business plan
• Ensuring the team is meeting the course conversion target of 75% on enquiry vs enrolments for all courses
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive desired outcomes
• Ensure the team monitor the RTO's compliance with the VET Quality Framework
• Communicate and implement any changes to regulatory requirements with training staff members
• Maintain up-to-date technical, vocational and industry knowledge as determined by accrediting bodies and funding organisations

About youYou ideally would have experience in managing funding contracts, claims, tender management and resource allocation within a commercial setting. Experience in managing a student management system required. Previous experience in managing a small team preferable.Essential Criteria:

• National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than 6 months)
• Proof of current influenza and Covid-19 vaccinations as per Amana Living policies
• Western Australian C Class Driver's Licence
• Completion of pre-employment health and reference checks
• Working With Children Check
