- Ensuring the team is meeting the course conversion target of 75% on enquiry vs enrolments for all courses
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive desired outcomes
- Ensure the team monitor the RTO's compliance with the VET Quality Framework
- Communicate and implement any changes to regulatory requirements with training staff members
- Maintain up-to-date technical, vocational and industry knowledge as determined by accrediting bodies and funding organisations
- National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than 6 months)
- Proof of current influenza and Covid-19 vaccinations as per Amana Living policies
- Western Australian C Class Driver's Licence
- Completion of pre-employment health and reference checks
- Working With Children Check
