SalaryT&B Enterprises is looking for a skilled Management Accountant who fits the following profile. The correct candidate will receive a salary between $70,000 to $85,000 per year plus superannuation.
Responsiblities:
- Provide services relating to financial reporting, budgeting, cost management, financing, planning and decision-making by the company; and provide advice on regulatory compliance and strategic governance.
Main Tasks:
- Assisting the management in preparation of budgets for the different segments of the company.
- Analysing and advising on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments, and future revenues for the business.
- Assisting in formulating budgetary and accounting policies.
- Preparing financial reports and commentaries for the overall business.
- Negotiating and obtaining finance for major projects.
- Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure.
- Managing cost, recording, and monitoring labour and materials cost against budget projections.
- Creating business strategies to generate shareholder value.
- Ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures applicable for the industry.
- Preparing financial performance reprots and its analysis for senior management.
- Providing strategic recommendations and maintaining solutions to business and financial problems.
Required Skills and Experience:
- University Qualification.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and relevant standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent attention to details.
