The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, working closely with key stakeholders to drive sales and exceed targets. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in real estate sales, leveraging your existing sales skills or transferrable skills from a related field such as business development or agent management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with Key Accounts to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and manage databases effectively
  • Represent Landmark Group with professionalism and integrity at all times
Requirements
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management abilities
  • Professional presentation and a confident demeanor
  • Experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Certificate of Registration
