The Role
With the growth plans and early success in 2023/24 financial year, this company is looking to build out its capabilities in a newly created Management Accountant position.
Key aspects of this position are what you would expect from this area of the finance team:
Month end reporting on budgets v actuals
Ownership of the management reporting pack after compliance financials are complete
Budgets, forecasts, variance analysis & commentary and reporting
Ownership of the budget updates and annual budget process
KPI creation and reporting
Engagement with operations for business partnering
Understanding the key drivers of the business from ops to finance and looking for improvements
Financial modelling future state opportunities
Ad hoc reporting
Similar sized company TO and structure is desired at around AUD $150M TO.
