The successful candidate will be based in our stylish Robina Office, providing operational support and administrative assistance to the Group Manager, Operations & Building.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) administrative support, coordination of various activities and projects, and liaising with internal and external parties.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to the Group Manager, Operations & Building in the form of drafting and typing emails, telephone calls, minute taking and ordering of supply items
- Maintain and help manage the diary of the Group Manager, Operations & Building and organise appointments and travel arrangements
- Ensure all tasks such as financials are prioritised according to deadlines and level of importance
- Assist with maintaining and improving service excellence across the Organisation, and the designated Profit Centre
- Coordinate and maintain office safety correspondence
- Become familiar with the Strategic Plan and assist with coordination of actions either through the activities which have been delegated or through proactive initiative; and
- Assist other team members when needed including authorised requests from other departments.

- Experience in a Management / Personal Assistant role
- High level of professionalism and understanding of confidentiality
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative, organisation and presentation skills; and
- Knowledge of the building process is highly desirable.
This role requires a national police check to be undertaken by the successful candidate.
