Your new role 

Whitehorse is seeking to grow its internal consultancy team within the Transformation Division to deliver operating model re-design in collaboration with different service areas.

What you'll need to succeed 

• Experience working on operating model design or in management consulting
• Love co-designing business improvement and strategy
• Understanding change management (human behaviour)
• Enjoys collaborating and having high emotional intelligence
