About the Role:
Shape the future of our client's Fulfilment Centres as the People and Culture Manager – Supply Chain. Lead the P&C strategy, drive engagement, and create an amazing workplace across VIC and NSW.
What You'll Do:
- Strategy: Align our P&C strategy with business goals, focusing on employee experience.
- Leadership: Develop and coach the P&C Advisor, lead HR activities, and foster a motivated, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
- Business Partnering: Support Fulfilment Leadership, manage workforce planning, and optimise processes.
- Employee Relations: Lead bargaining processes, improve P&C practices, and handle compliance initiatives.
- Degree in HR or related field
- Experience in warehouse/distribution environments
- Strong ER/IR background with EBAs and Awards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with exceptional stakeholder management skills
