Collaborate with Medical Directors to assist in establishing budgets and marketing/promotional strategies.
· Engage in discussion with staff to improve patient satisfaction/experience and streamlining the process for greater efficiency.
· Conducting regular meetings with staff to improve the cash flow, billing cycle and contract fees.
· Conducting comprehensive analysis of establishing new GP services and capital equipment.
· Providing guidance in physician fee, contract negotiations and comparing industry standards and specialists.
· Undertaking and review productivity analysis, staffing analysis and medical billings and coding procedures.
· To prepare and recommend proposal for long term achievable goals and cost-effective services for medical centre.
· Monthly Reviews of the practice systems and Policy/ procedure manuals/ workflow charts.
· Assisting in with the performance management of the practice and job descriptions.
· Monitoring and refining the growth of strategies adopted, particularly administrative and clerical processes.
