Proximity has over 100 advisors, lawyers, project managers and commercial experts. Our Procurement & Contracts practice is rapidly growing and are looking for Procurement & Contract specialists and officers to join our team, based in Canberra. 

We have opportunities for early career management consultants to join our practice under the supervisor and guidance of supportive leaders and team members. These roles will suit candidates with 1-4 years’ experience in a consulting organisation or client services environment. These roles could be in Canberra or Melbourne.

Use your Expertise & Skills

• Consultation and stakeholder working group support
• Assisting in the evaluation, assurance and or review of a policy, process or program
• SOPs, business process improvement for organisation performance
• Data analysis, cost modelling
• Drafting reports, training, polices/procedures
• Project management, issue and risk management

You will have:

• Willingness to grow your career as a consultant across a range of projects and capability areas 
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, demanding work environment
• Prior learning or skill development in a relevant area
• Open to a variety of tasks and learning experiences 
• Self-starter, inquisitive nature, knowledge sharer and eager learner
• Ability to disseminate complex information into simple language
• Due to the nature of the work, you must be an Australian citizen with the ability to obtain an AGSVA security clearance if required
