Your new company This Federal Government agency based in Barton, ACT is currently looking for their newest Organisational Change Manager to work out of their Business Services Division (ICT & Data Branch) on a variety of ICT based projects. Your new role Day to day, you'll be:
Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of ICT and data projects across the organisation.
Collaborate with project teams to assess change impacts and develop change management plans tailored to each project's needs.
Create communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about project updates, milestones, and changes.
Identify potential risks and resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
Provide coaching and support to project teams, leaders, and staff to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to build change management capabilities with the organisation.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management and technology adoption.
