One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Organisational Change Manager in Canberra.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an IT Organisational Change Manager role delivering desired business outcomes in a large and complex information technology organisation.
- Exceptional level of interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills and an ability to effectively develop strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and operational staff.
- Extensive knowledge of Organisational Change management methodologies, tools and structure.
- Experience in working in Agile and Prince2 projects.
