Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years retail management experience within the jewellery sector
- Diamond grading experience advantageous
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proven background of achieving budgets, targets and KPI's
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service
