Castello Group, a family run hotel group which operates 6 venues in Melbourne is looking to recruit ambitious, highly motivated and reliable Management for the Victorian Tavern in Gisborne. If you want the opportunity to join a professional, dedicated and growing hotel group this job is for you. We are looking for applicants that have previous experience in Management Roles.
Working closely with the Venue Team to provide the ultimate customer experience, you will be an integral part of our Management team. Successful applicants will have excellent knowledge in the following:
- Gaming and TAB operations
- Food and Beverage service.
- A hands on approach to all set tasks
- Ability to handle high pressure situations
- Ability to motivate and train staff
- Current RSA, RSG, Victorian Gaming Licence, TAB Accreditation
- Strong communication skills and be customer service driven
- Ensure consistency both front and back of house
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with an ability to work well in a team
- Up to date knowledge of food, beer and wine trends
- Previous experience managing a busy multi department hotel (gaming, bistro, kitchen, bar & TAB)
- Be available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- A professional, mature and confident personality and impeccable grooming
