AddressWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic sales person to join our team and working closely with our Business Development Manager in effectively managing & growing relationships with Owners Corporations in Victoria. You will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Manager in acquiring new clients and growing our business within the Owners Corporation sector in Victoria.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementation strategies to target new clients and expand our market presence.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends and competitive insights.
- Support the Business Development Manager in generating leads through cold calling networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Coordinate presentations with prospective clients, showcasing our services and value proposition
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute sales material, including brochures, presentations and case studies.
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts and agreements for new clients.
- Manage a small portfolio of Owners Corporation Properties to familiarise yourself with their requirements and stay up to date on industry regulations, best practices and developments
Requirements
- Commercial, Sales, Marketing or related experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Proven ability to wok in a fast-paced, target driven environment and meet sales goals.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within greater Melbourne.
