About the Role:

The position is permanent full-time however are open to the successful candidate if they would prefer to work a four day week instead of a five day week. There is a requirement to work across two locations at our Eight Mile Plains office and our Fortitude Valley office.
As a Management Support Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Group Managers' activities. Your responsibilities will include efficiently managing their emails, appointments, diaries, and travel arrangements. You'll be the key organiser for meetings and workshops, handling everything from venue bookings to travel and accommodation logistics. Additionally, you'll provide valuable assistance in the preparation of various documents, such as letters, memos, reports, agendas, and newsletters.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage Group Managers' emails, appointments, diaries, and travel arrangements.
Organize meetings and workshops, handling venue bookings, travel, and accommodation logistics.
Provide comprehensive Management Support, including document preparation and presentation.
Support the administrative aspects of recruiting and onboarding new managers.
Essential Credentials & Criteria:
Current National Police Check
Current Licence Care Services (LCS) or the ability to obtain.
Preferable experience in the community aged care or social services sectors.
Demonstrated proficiency in general office administration, including the use of Microsoft Office suite and database applications.
Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within multidisciplinary teams and with external stakeholders.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize workloads.
