- Provide administration support to the unit through the preparation, review and submission of documentation, including staff travel requests and routine journals.
- Preparation of accurate and timely financial documentation for accounts payable and receivable operations including staff expense claims, relevant financial registers and invoice requests.
- Maintain effective office records management processes of confidential documentation (including but not limited to financial management documentation).
- Extract and distribute and coordinate routine monthly financial reports to cost centre managers and prepare ad hoc DSS reports as required.
- Access and efficiently use a wide range of hospital-based computer systems including S4Hana and applications to produce work of a high standard.
- Provide general administrative support as directed by the Senior Business Support officer and Service Group Management Team to contribute to the efficient operation of the Service Group.
- Participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes and work practices. Identify and report areas for improvement to existing practices.

- Salary rates between $2864.10 - $3185.10 p.f. (AO3)
- Annual leave with 17.5% loading

- Advanced skills in a range of system applications to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of high-level administrative support, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Decision Support Systems.

- Highly developed communication skills with the capacity to exercise successful consultative, interpersonal and negotiation skills with all levels of staff.
