As the Manager AMO Support Services, you will be responsible for the production planning, resource planning and engineering training services provided to the AMO.
You will ensure these services are efficient, cost effective, timely and regulatory maintenance requirements are achieved. Additionally, the AMO Support Services manager will monitor the effectiveness of the training delivery ensuring improvements are implemented in accordance with regulatory compliance. To be successful in this role you’ll have:5 years plus managing an Aviation engineering function.
LAME or Tertiary qualification in Production / Maintenance PlanningDetailed knowledge of CASA regulations. Supervisory/Leadership experience (3 years +)Strong interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to work to a designated timeline•Excellent attention to detail
Good written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
