About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will work in a high performing Executive Management Team to ensure the delivery of whole of organisation strategic and operational outcomes while also leading the Support Service team to meet their service area objectives. The Support Service team consists of Finance, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), People & Culture (HR), Learning and Development, Fleet, Safety, Property & Maintenance, Service Support (Administration), and Special Project teams.
This will be offered on a full-time, permanent basis, and will primarily be based at our Midland location.
As the Executive Manager Support Services, your duties and responsibilities will be:
- Effectively collaborate and partner with the Executive Leadership Team to design, deliver and review whole of organisation strategic and operational outcomes as well as ensure the ongoing development of a culture that supports high levels of staff engagement and performance.
- Provide executive level advice and reports that demonstrate best practice standards, deliver meaningful information, address safety and risk, and assist to show strong leadership and oversight
- Ensure all specialist services within the Service Support team have established functions, systems, policies, operational plans and support that are fit for purpose, end user friendly, and enable high service delivery that meets or exceeds delivery deadlines and/or expected outcomes.
In order to be successful for this role, the applicant will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Finance, Business, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline, with post graduate qualifications preferred
- Demonstrated strategic leadership ability at a senior executive level to manage service support functions, change, and drive critical project outcomes within a not for profit and chid safe context
- Possess superior relationship management, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated high level conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to apply those skills to strategic planning, business development, advocacy, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience working with high level stakeholders, including delivering highly researched and evidenced information to Boards and Executive management teams
- Significant knowledge and experience in the not-for-profit sector, with specific experience within child, youth and family sectors as an advantage,
Parkerville Children and Youth Care are uniquely positioned to provide the successful applicant with the following benefits.
- Salary ranges from $150,000 - $170,000, based on level of experience.
