- Lead and develop a team of highly engaged Business Analysts by:
- Establishing rhythms and ceremonies to enable the effective running of the Chapter
- Leading and developing the team's capability through to mastery with effective coaching, mentoring, professional development, and performance management
- Conducting Chapter member evaluations, providing meaningful and actionable feedback
- Manage Resourcing:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively conduct Business Analysis supply and capacity management, overseeing allocation of Chapter members across Squads
- Identify expertise and resource gaps and train or recruit the talent needed to address them
- Identify, develop and retain talent in the Business Analysis Chapter
- Continuously develop and share Chapter expertise both within and outside the Chapter, including designing initiatives that will advance capability and maturity
- Minimum of 3 years' experience leading, coaching, and developing people and teams to improve their performance, knowledge and expertise
- Experience with resource planning, recruitment and allocation within and across organisations
- Deep technical and functional knowledge in Business Analysis is preferable
- Passionate about inspiring and motivating your team and enjoy both planning and execution with a 'can-do' attitude
- Commitment to cross-functional collaboration to achieve the best results for the organisation, strong team player
- Bring a data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs
