You will make key contributions to the marketing Communications strategy and its implementation to ensure the brand concept is successful across the marketing mix. To develop relationships with the Marketing teams, provide support to the Sales Teams, Product Development teams, Partners and clients, focusing on the PR, Communications, marketing literature, campaigns and key communications that will ensure maximum engagement and conversion of target audiences. Develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan to align with the corporate and brand direction with a focus on the local market. Also track the effectiveness of all communication and loyalty initiatives across all market segments.
Qualification/Experience
- A degree preferably in Marketing/Communications/Business Studies
- Management Experience (minimum 5 years) within the services industry, preferably financial services, and telecoms.
- Exceptional written, oral, proofreading, branding, design oversight, interpersonal and presentation skill set.
- Creative and innovative thinker, who actively presents new opportunities, proposes solutions, and recommends best practices.
- Good computing skills (spreadsheets and word)
- Works well in pressurized environment
- High level attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Good people management skills with ability to influence and motivate.
- Event management
- Well-developed coaching, training, and mentoring abilities.
- Report writing skills
- Ability to supervise staff and maintain discipline
- Pleasant personality & can relate well to customer needs.
