We are looking for the ultimate brand champion and marketing communications expert to become a core part of our Marketing & Business Development leadership team as our new Senior Manager – Marketing, Brand and Communications for Australia. This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne. 

Working closely with our Head of Marketing & Business Development, Australia and in collaboration with our highly engaged partners, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading our refreshed brand strategy to further build and enhance the DLA Piper brand in the market, designing and leading the firm’s marketing and Communications strategy and leading on high profile and strategic projects.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading our brand strategy to further build and enhance the DLA Piper Brand in the market 
• Designing and leading the marketing and Communications strategy to raise the firm’s profile and client engagement
• Driving strategic projects and collaborating with our international brand team to ensure best practice and alignment 

ABOUT YOU

• The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working in a similar senior marketing or business development role within a professional service organisation
• You will enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships both within and outside the firm, acting as an effective brand ambassador for DLA Piper and internal change agent
• You will have a flexible and agile approach with experience working at pace and across time zones, at times operating in ambiguous situations
