An exciting role with unique responsibilities
The Brand & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing high-quality campaign and content strategies and brand activation initiatives that drive strong brand equity, customer acquisition, growth and retention. This will be achieved through the creation, production and execution of engaging content across all internal and external channels, including TV, radio, web, digital, social media and print.
The role will require collaborating with a team of people across brand, marketing, digital, operations, data and analytics.
You will support the Chief Marketing Officer to develop an industry leading brand and communication strategy and assist in defining the segmentation and customer lifecycle nurture strategies. The role requires exceptionally strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities in order to ensure brand and communication strategies are supported by the business and deliver commercial outcomes. Success will be defined by continually improving brand consideration and preference, driving customer growth and customer lifetime value.
