About the Role
- Provide leadership and expertise in financial management, performance measurement, contract management, service agreement, activity-based funding, and corporate governance activities as the finance partner of the Divisional Executive Team.
- Be accountable for the timely provision of high-level business planning and coordinating Divisional financial management deliverables.
- Be an effective business partner enabling divisional services to deliver quality, affordable services that are consistent with the strategic, funding, and operational directions of the Division and Hospital that contribute to long-term financial sustainability.
- Develop and maintain appropriate reporting systems, policies, procedures and guidelines to facilitate effective performance, financial and resource management.
