How will I help?

We have an exciting new Manager role available within our Business Control & Monitoring team. You will be supporting the implementation of Group risk management frameworks, policies, processes, and controls across the Private Wealth Business.

Core Responsibilities will include -

  • Provide quality and timely risk advisory services on operational risk and compliance matters across banking, banking, lending, wealth and digital online service/online share trading.
  • Support timely management is incidents, issues and action management
  • Support the management of key operational risks through control testing, the design and embedment of new controls as required
  • Act as the Private Wealth risk representative on strategic project and support the implementation of new initiatives into the business
  • Prepare high quality written updates and data driven analysis insights for input into various risk forums and reporting.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the 3LoD to ensure alignment with Group/Divisional risk strategies

What do I need?

  • Strong data driven analytical skills to support thematic insights and reporting
  • Ability to develop data driven reporting and dashboard
  • Superior stakeholder management with proven experience in partnering with the business to achieve key objectives
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and can deliver clear and concise messages to senior leaders as required.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong time management, ability to prioritise, work under pressure within tight deadlines and with autonomy
