Job Description:How will I help?In this role as Manager, CIB Business Controls & Monitoring you'll be instrumental in implementing and overseeing risk management and monitoring obligations throughout the Lending Value Chain (VCM), ensuring consistency and embedding risk management outcomes across our Front Line Coverage and Chief Operating Office teams.Your responsibilities will include partnering with key stakeholders to address all risk and control matters, implementing solutions to cultivate a mature risk management culture, and supporting the development of credible pathways for control gaps and process improvement opportunities. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining compliance with CIB-related obligations while upholding our strong risk culture, grounded in ethics and integrity, and balancing commercial and customer needs.As part of our dynamic team of risk professionals, you'll ensure that our operations and risk management practices align with our frameworks, policies, and regulatory obligations. Your ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships will be key, as well as your proactive and organised approach to achieving outcomes.If you're someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, possesses strategic thinking and innovation, and is adept at navigating changing landscapes to achieve objectives, we want to hear from you.
