The Firm

This  smaller Mid-Tier firm is led by 4 partners, the practice employs over 40 staff and prides itself on cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with their clients. Their clients come from a broad range of industries with expertise  in building, construction, creative industries  and more.

The Role

The firm is looking for a Business Services Manager who has the attributes and desire to step up to Salaried Partner.  

Within this role, some of your duties will include:

• Providing strategic advice, innovative solutions and service excellence to small to medium enterprises
• Ensuring that all aspects of the team are running smoothly
• Providing support to develop capability among team members, including delegating and reviewing their work
• Providing business advisory and accounting advice to a growing and active portfolio of clients
• Producing compliance documents, special purpose financial statements and monthly management reports
• Review of Income Tax Returns & Financial Statements prepared by your team

The Individual

To be considered for this role, you will be business development focused and have Partner aspirations. You will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.

Furthermore, you will also have:

• several years’ experience in Business Services
• Relevant university qualification
• Completed your CA or CPA qualification
• Exceptional management skills
• Xero & BGL experience highly regarded
