THE ROLE
✅ Business Services Manager with Salaried Partner potential 🚀
Within this role, some of your duties will include:
✅ Providing business advisory and accounting advice to a growing and active portfolio of business clients 📊
✅ Producing compliance documents, special purpose financial statements, and monthly management reports 📄
✅ Providing support to develop capability among team members, including delegating and reviewing their work 🙌
✅ Ensuring that all aspects of team workflow are running smoothly
THE INDIVIDUAL
✅ Business development focused with Partner aspirations 🤝
✅ Excellent communication skills 🗨️
✅ Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously 🏢
You will also have:
✅ Several years’ experience in Business Services 📊
✅ Completed your CA or CPA qualification 📜
✅ Exceptional management skills 📈
✅ Xero & BGL experience highly regarded 💼
