The River Cafe and restaurant is a lovely destination in Beauty Point Tasmania, situated in a prime location overlooking the Tamar river. We open for breakfast and lunch 7 days a week and on Saturday nights during the summer months. We have friendly staff and amazing food. We specialize in seafood and also many local foods and wines which are popular with tourists and locals alike.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 3 years Managerial Experience.
- Experienced barista.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol.
- Preferably have Kounta (Lightspeed) POS experience.
- Experience in writing Rosters
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage the efficient running of the cafe.
- Delegate tasks to staff members.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Responsible for staff rosters.
- Work to budgets.
- Hiring and training of staff.
- Ordering stock (stock control).
- To work the busy days (weekends).
