About the position
The Café Restaurant Assistant Manager will work 3-4 days a week and be partly responsible for all aspects of the store. You will help motivate and inspire the team, ensuring daily, weekly and monthly targets are met. Reporting to the Operations team, a day in your life would include but is not limited to:
- Team management – daily team issues, daily team flow, delegating, monitoring and observations
- Maintaining store standards and procedures
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Rostering and recruitment
- Ordering
You will adopt the importance Liv Eat places on culture and provide a supportive environment for your team, ensuring you are maintaining a productive and safe working environment. You will lead by example in delivering high-quality products, excellent customer service, and placing importance on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food presentation. Receiving training from a group of highly skilled, experienced Liv Eat team members, you will develop detailed product knowledge in which you will pass on to your staff.

What we’re looking for
Liv Eat will provide you with all the tools to develop and succeed. With part-time availability, you will need a foundation of commitment, a positive attitude, passion and motivation. Managing a store is a fun, fast paced role - in order to hit the ground running you will need previous management experience.
- Customer service experience – we are looking for those who can bring a strong foundation of customer service with them, ready to wow customers!
- Hospitality experience – it is a fast-paced environment, we want you to be ready for the fun!
- Leadership experience – you will be seen as a leader and role model, your team will rely on you.
