About the role
As the Commercial Services Manager you will head up our property and fleet management operations. With a diverse national remit from site acquisitions, lease negotiations to facilities maintenance you will develop and deliver a strategy to uplift operations and supports a best practice approach.
Reporting to the Director you will be trusted to provide strategic and operational advice to the senior leadership team in addition to being a key member in our major infrastructure projects. Your strong understanding of projects from inception to completion, enables you to effectively manage contract performance and project milestones.
As a people leader, you will ensure a delivery of high-quality services from the team, while promoting a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
This position can be based in Brisbane or Parramatta. Regular travel may be required.

About you
As our ideal candidate, you will have experience leading a team across property and fleet including transforming and modernising facilities management functions. With a strong commercial background, you will be familiar with financial forecasting, budget management and contract performance.
With effective communication skills you will have the ability to translate complex contracts to a diverse stakeholder group. The ability to influence and manage diverse needs of stakeholders coupled with managing complex contractual and supplier relationships is imperative to the role.
