Project Manager – Commercial Electrical (and/or Solar)
Industrias Installations and Services Group specialises in the construction of large commercial solar, BESS & EV Charging assets within the Sydney metropolitan area, and the maintenance of commercial solar assets nationally, delivering some of the most innovative and high-profile systems and solutions in the country.
We are growing fast, and have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to help coordinate and administer the delivery of our Construction projects and Maintenance rollouts.
Working in a collaborative environment, and reporting directly to the Installations Director, you will receive fundamental project exposure, training and upskilling from some of the most experienced and skilled installers in the country that will ensure development, technical knowledge and experience that is needed to fast track you into a high-quality Project Manager.

Job Description Summary:
- Immediate start / Full time position.
- Take overall responsibility for the performance of Construction projects and maintenance rollouts within your portfolio, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to meet revenue, profit targets, and KPIs.
- Facilitate and manage the administration of contracts across multiple projects and rollouts.
- Interpret building plans, regulations and codes of practice to direct progress of works, making sure that specifications and regulations are followed, and proper methods and materials are used.
- Conduct site visits to review project progress, resolve issues and update construction programs and forecasts as required in line with physical and financial targets.
- Liaise with clients & site management to provide weekly progress reporting.
- Assist in preparing, submitting, and managing contract variations and the issuing of purchase orders to vendors/suppliers.
- Provide general administrative support to the installation team as required.
- Work closely with our service engineers to provide technical advice and support.

- Electrical trade background – Commercial Solar experience beneficial but not essential, we can teach you all you need to know.
- Hold a valid NSW Electrical License, Working at Heights and White Card.
- Strong understanding of financials, Estimating & reporting.
- Familiar with software such as SimPro & Xero
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Strong communication skills & able to work well in a team environment.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar capacity
- Demonstrate a go-getter attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication
- NSW Drivers License.
