You will be working in a Management position leveraging off an existing client and candidate base, as well as having the opportunity to acquire new clients and candidates and win new business. You will be managing our Corporate Services division recruiting high-calibre professionals in the corporate professional services space such as; Legal, HR, Procurement, People & Culture, Marketing and Business Support roles.
- New business origination (face to face meeting and via phone)
- Candidate sourcing, interviewing and coaching
- Lead generation
- Negotiating supplier agreements and terms
- Managing job offers from candidates
