We are a substantial family run business with our head office based in Pakenham, VIC, employing roughly 100 people (and growing.)! We are on the hunt for passionate leader to manage our Operations team of just over 30 staff.
Our business is built on 3 pillars with Customer Service being the most important pillar. It is our point of difference and we go above and beyond in every single transaction with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, develop and mentor a team of over 30 staff in Salary Packaging Operations (administration and Customer Service)
- Act as a point of escalation for all staff in the Operations Team
- Work alongside our COO and Manager, Novated Lease Operations to ensure smooth delivery of our services
- Training/ Support to the team - this is extremely important as alot of our team are new to Salary Packaging - the ability to support with questions and be available is imperitive
- Manage a small portfolio of clients for Salary Packaging including the end to end administration from signing up, amendments, claims to terminating in our purpose built software
Skills & Experience Required:
- Salary Packaging experience would be fantastic but is not required "(we will train you)
- Experience in Financial Services would be beneficial
- An energetic, hands on leadership approach
- Substantial leadership experience and candid approach to your communication
- A willingness to provide a top-class service to clients
- High level of attention to detail - accuracy is KEY as we are managing people's salaries
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload - this role is busy!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional phone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft suite and comfortable with picking up new systems/ software
