We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our Adelaide Cyber Risk team. You will bring a strong balance of strategic thinking, communication, security risk and technical experience, and interpersonal skills, which will enable you to engage at all levels of an organisation in relation to the cyber risk agenda. You will assist organisations with a wide range of security advisory services, including threat and risk assessments, security architecture and security program delivery. You will work within a diverse and driven team who are passionate about helping organisations to improve their cyber security capabilities.About the role:Some of your responsibilities will include:Managing and executing engagements relating to a range of services, such as security architecture advice, cyber risk assessments (including in relation to third parties), development of cyber strategies, and implementing cyber initiatives.Demonstrating problem solving, critical thinking and logical structuring skillsManaging client engagements end-to-end, working within small local and national project teamsApplying knowledge of industry cyber trends to provide advice on technology solutions for managing cyber riskEnabling and inspiring the growth of team members through coaching, mentoring and performance management.Enough about us, let's talk about you.We are seeking professionals who can demonstrate required cyber expertise matched with the following:Experience in an advisory role with the ability to manage with autonomy, while consulting as necessary.Knowledge of relevant cyber trends, standards, practices and regulatory compliance in the Australian environment.Familiarity with a range of cyber security tools and technologiesExperience leading teams and coaching junior staffAbility to provide insight based on experience on recommended actions.Ability to navigate challenges posed by clients and highlight risks as well as solutions for mitigating risks identified.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.Certification(s) to credentialise your experience, such as CISM, CISSP, SABSA, vendor certifications - along with the motivation to keep learning moreAbility to lead multiple engagements concurrentlyWhy Deloitte?
