Job description
The Manager, Engagement and Integration in the Department of Health will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships and facilitating integration across the Supply Chain Branch to ensure a high quality, resilient and reliable supply chain service is provided to our customers. The role is crucial in enhancing our Branch's reputation and maintaining positive relationships with HHSs and other relevant stakeholders.
About Supply Chain Surety branch:
Supply Chain is a branch in Corporate Services Division (CSD) supporting the supply of clinical goods, pharmaceuticals and linen products to the Hospital and Health Services (HHSs), Queensland Health. The Branch is comprised of functions critical to Queensland Health's supply response, including Warehousing and Logistics, Central Pharmacy, Linen Services and Operations Group. This Branch brings together an end-to-end supply chain function from demand planning through to warehousing and distribution into a single integrated branch led by the Executive Director. The Branch supports clients and stakeholders across the Department of Health, all HHSs, Queensland Government and some external agencies.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret complex information from a variety of sources to make informed recommendations.
* Highly developed ability to identify, manage and mitigate emerging risks in a complex, strategic environment.
* Ability to work productively both independently and within a team to achieve project and program outcomes.
