Address- ASIC is seeking a full-time Manager, ERP Systems (TechnologyOne) to join their Finance Team
- Permanent position based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Canberra
- Salary between $141,690 - $156,680 (plus 15.4% superannuation) depending on experience

The team
Finance provides a range of strategic advice and financial support services to both internal and external stakeholders. Finance assists with resource management, business planning and decision making, ensures compliance with statutory financial reporting obligations, and contributes significantly to strategic and enterprise level projects.
The role
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert on TechnologyOne and support the design and implementation of the system to meet ASIC's requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, leveraging the full capability of ASIC's systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, compliance and decision making.
- In partnership with the Head of Finance ERP and a multi-disciplinary project team, lead outcomes that contribute to the successful delivery of the ERP Program.
- Contribute to robust testing of the TechnologyOne system, including input into the development of testing strategy and appropriate test scripts.
- Develop system procedures, policies and documentation to support the administration of TechnologyOne.
- Build staff awareness and understanding of TechnologyOne during system rollout and release, through development and delivery of training, user guides and other materials.
- In consultation with ASIC stakeholders, develop a finance system roadmap that considers ASIC's future functionality and capacity requirements and outlines priorities over the short to medium term.
- Play a key role of subject matter expert on relevant governance and project committees.
About you
- Proven experience in similar roles. Prior TechnologyOne and Expense8 experience highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience driving change management processes.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvement and achieving successful and transformational change.
- Experience in upgrading or enhancing financial management accounting systems in government.
- Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with key internal and external stakeholders, including IT and Finance Teams and external vendors.
