- Manage, lead, and develop the Audit team to ensure successful completion and execution of assigned engagements across a range of complexity and scale
- Service line management, including contribution to overall service line strategy and providing feedback and development to junior members of the team
- Identify audit and engagement risks and contribute to the design of an appropriate audit approach for each assignment
- Review working papers, audit queries, correspondence and reports prepared by the team to ensure compliance with audit plan, procedures, and appropriate quality of work
- Lead and participate in technical audit and accounting matters
- Liaise with clients and identify future opportunities
- 7+ years External Audit experience in a professional services firm
- CA/CPA qualification
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Thorough understanding of all financial statement areas
- Ability to identify potential risks of material misstatement and design audit tests to mitigate those risks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in reviewing General Purpose accounts, included listed entities
- Ability to identify scope and solve problems
- Experience and passion in leading and developing teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and an in depth understanding of Audit software
