Renmark Paringa Council are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with strong financial and management accounting experience. Experience in procurement and leasing would be well regarded. This role would ideally suit someone who's a natural at working independently, as well as leading a small, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
Leading the Finance, Procurement, Corporate Reporting and Property Management functions of Council, you will have the ability to provide financial information and advice to senior management and the elected members. Being an experienced and well-regarded people manager is highly regarded.

Essential Requirements:
At least 5 years’ experience in a financial management role.
A CA/CPA is preferred or a formal finance qualification that is eligible for CA/CPA membership
- Comprehensive understanding of Annual Business Plans and Budgeting Processes
- Ability to research, analyse and prepare high level briefings and reports
