We are offering a Full Time CSM role, however part time would be considered for the right candidate.
The RoleAs our Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Liaising with product providers for new business implementation and policy maintenance.
- Handle day to day administrative tasks for the adviser in a timely and professional manner.
- Overseeing the workflow with staff, while aiding in their development.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal processes
- Minimum 5 years experience within a Financial Planning firm.
- XPlan/Compass experience mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, with a passion to delivering outstanding customer service
