Client Service Manager

We are a boutique firm that strives to provide exceptional professional financial advice to our clients, ensuring that their goals and objectives are at the forefront of everything we do.

We are a small but growing team, with a solid client base and plenty of new client growth opportunities. We are located on the city fringe, with car parking being supplied.

We are offering a Full Time CSM role, however part time would be considered for the right candidate.

As our Client Service Manager, you  will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Liaising with product providers for new business implementation and policy maintenance.
• Handle day to day administrative tasks for the adviser in a timely and professional manner.
• Overseeing the workflow with staff, while aiding in their development.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal processes

• Minimum 5 years experience within a Financial Planning firm.
• XPlan/Compass experience mandatory
• Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, with a passion to delivering outstanding customer service
