Our Human Resources Operations Advisory (HROA) team is comprised of experienced HR professionals. We offer services to support workforce transformation, transition and regulation, and enable organisations to realise the potential of their people.

And our team is expanding. We’re looking for a Manager to help drive our HROA solutions across all HR aspects of the employee lifecycle, HR function transformation, workforce strategy, and leadership development

Responsibilities:
Project manage client engagements, including progress reporting, regular client meetings and ensuring compliance with internal risk and quality requirements
Develop client deliverables, including developing recommendations, writing reports, and preparing presentations
Build relationships with our clients, identifying needs and opportunities
Develop pitches and proposals for clients, reflecting an understanding of HR, Future of Work and workforce issues and trends
Analyse relevant client data (quantitative and qualitative) to draw out actionable insights
Design and deliver stakeholder engagement and consultation activities, including surveys and workshop materials and facilitating interviews and small group discussions
Contribute to the development of HROA methodologies and approaches
Advise clients on generalist HR matters
Undertake research on emerging workforce and HR trends and issues to frame business development activities or thought-leadership pieces
Maintain a good standard of HR professional development, and awareness of workforce legislation, regulation and trends
Requirements:
Experience in a HR generalist, HR consulting or HR projects role
Leadership development and/or L&D expertise
Creative thinker to proactively problem solve and develop engaging solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesise information and simplify complex content
Display attention to detail
Data and analytical skills; qualitative and quantitative
Project management skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships
Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor/lead others
