We're searching for a passionate full time Service Operations Manager at Jayco Newcastle, someone who thrives on building a high-performing team and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

The Role:
In this role, you'll wear several hats, each focused on creating an exceptional customer experience:
- Team Captain: Lead, mentor, and train the team, guiding them to achieve their full potential and become service superstars themselves.
- Workflow Maestro: Become the master conductor of the service department, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow for service, retail jobs, pre-delivery, and reconditioning.
- Detail Detective: Ensure every caravan leaving the workshop is in peak condition, exceeding customer expectations and setting a new standard for excellence.
- Customer Champion: Be the hero for customers facing issues, resolving them promptly and cost-effectively, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Leadership Rockstar: Inspire your team with clear direction, effective communication, and a commitment to excellence. This includes fostering a collaborative environment where everyone feels valued and empowered.
- Warranty Whisperer: Navigate the relationship between Jayco Corporation and Jayco Newcastle, ensuring seamless warranty claims processing and compliance.
Here’s what makes you the perfect fit:
- You possess strong leadership, process management and people management skills
- You have a passion for customer service and building relationships.
- You can de-escalate and solve: You'll be the go-to person for handling complex customer issues.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills - You'll draft clear, concise, and informative emails that keep our team and customers on the same page.
- You have a Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role or high-level administrative role (tertiary qualifications preferred)
